What to watch: Sibley Nature Center is inviting the community to “Sips at Sibley,” an outdoor beer-tasting evening set for Thursday, Nov. 20, from 6–9 p.m. Guests can enjoy craft beer from The Waystone while taking in the sights and sounds of the Center’s Education Garden.

The big picture: During Sips at Sibley, guests can explore the Education Garden, home to native grasses, pollinator-friendly plants, and interpretive features that showcase West Texas ecology. Whether you wander the garden paths or settle into a quiet corner with friends, the setting offers a peaceful backdrop for sampling craft beer.

The Waystone will offer a variety of brews for participants to taste. The come-and-go format makes it easy to drop by for a relaxed Thursday evening under the stars.
