What happened: Buckner Midland is inviting fathers and father figures across the community to celebrate Father’s Day with an evening of family fun, teamwork, and friendly competition during its Father’s Day Cornhole Competition on Friday, June 12, from 6-8 p.m. at Buckner Midland, 2412 Loma Dr.

The big picture: Teams will compete for prizes and bragging rights while enjoying dinner and an evening of family-friendly activities. The event is open to the community and welcomes father figures of all ages.
