What happened: Legacy fell 73–44 in a non-conference boys basketball game on Saturday, Nov. 15. The Rebels competed hard throughout, keeping pressure on Palo Duro despite trailing in the second and third quarters. The loss moves the Rebels to 0-1 for the season.

Legacy showed determination on both ends of the floor. The team battled for rebounds, moved the ball to create scoring opportunities, and defended aggressively. In the second quarter, Legacy kept the game close, trailing 32–27. Although Palo Duro extended its lead in the third quarter, 53–33, the Rebels continued to fight and gain valuable experience.

What’s next: Legacy will play at home on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. to face Lubbock Cooper. The Mustangs will look to carry their effort and determination into the matchup and continue improving.
