What happened: Legacy dominated Odessa 62–24 in a district matchup on Wednesday, Jan. 28. Legacy improved to 20–9 overall and 4–2 in district play, while Odessa fell to 15–14 overall and 0–6 in district play.

The big picture: Legacy opened with a 16–5 first-quarter lead and extended it to 26–13 by halftime. The Lady Rebels continued their dominance in the third quarter, pushing the score to 53–21. In the fourth, Legacy kept the pressure, finishing with a commanding 62–24 victory.

What’s next: Legacy will host San Angelo Central on Friday, Jan. 30. The Bobcats enter the game at 21–9 overall and 3–3 in district. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
