- Opinion guidelines: We welcome opinion pieces from community members that adhere to the following:
- No vulgarity or inflammatory language.
- Don’t misrepresent or attack people with differing views.
- We will not publish unsubstantiated claims without verifiable evidence.
- If your piece addresses a political or controversial issue, we may seek an opposing viewpoint to publish alongside it.
- To ensure opposing viewpoints address the same core question, we may ask you to revise your article to address a prompt provided by The Permian Press. This makes it easier for readers to directly compare differing perspectives.
