Why it matters: The development adds more than 75 new housing lots near Loop 250.

Go deeper: The plat, filed with the City of Midland in June 2025, outlines 44 lots measuring approximately 1/8 acre and 33 lots measuring roughly 1/12 acre. New roads will also be constructed as part of the subdivision, including a planned access point off Loop 250. The neighborhood will be built in and around existing oil and gas wells operated by Pioneer Resources (Exxon Mobil) and Midland Energy.
