What to watch: Families looking for a football camp experience can sign up for the Jake Ferguson Youth Football Camp on June 5 at Astound Broadband Stadium. The one-day camp runs from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to athletes ages 6–16 of all experience levels.

Campers will take part in drills, skill stations, and on-field instruction led by Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson and FlexWork Sports coaches. The morning begins with check-in and group assignments, followed by athletes rotating through stations grouped by age and skill level.

Go deeper: Campers should arrive in athletic attire, including gym shorts and cleats or sneakers, and come prepared for a full morning of activity. Each camper will receive a team photo with Ferguson and a limited-edition camp T-shirt. The camp is a day-only event, and families are responsible for transportation.

What’s next: Registration is open through the FlexWork Sports website. The cost is $110.30 per participant, and spots are limited. Interested families should sign up early and review camp terms, waivers, and details before the event.
