What happened: Legacy fell 66–48 to Seminole in a non-district road loss on Friday, Jan. 9. The result moved the Rebels to 6–13 overall, while Seminole improved to 12–10 on the season.

The big picture: Seminole took early control, holding Legacy to six points in the opening quarter to build a 14–6 lead. The Indians continued to extend the margin in the second quarter, outscoring the Rebels 11–7 to take a 25–13 advantage into halftime.

Legacy showed improvement coming out of the break, scoring 17 points in the third quarter, but Seminole matched the surge and pushed its lead to 45–30 entering the fourth. Seminole closed the game by outscoring Legacy 21–18 in the final period to secure the 18-point win.
