Country Fair invites Midland families for some free fall fun

Community
What to watch: Midland Bible Church’s annual Country Fair returns this Sunday, Oct. 25. The fair runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the church’s campus at 5900 Whitman Dr. Admission and everything offered at the fair is free and open to the public.

The big picture: Guests can look forward to fun and games like inflatables, a hayride, a cake walk, and a petting zoo, alongside other fair classics like ring toss, bowling, face painting, and tinsel hair stations. Classic fair foods, beverages, and candy are free as well and available throughout the evening. Costumes are greatly encouraged.

Go deeper: Country Fair started in 2018 with just a few hundred attendees, mostly church members. It quickly grew to attract several thousand people from across the community. Entirely volunteer-run, this event reflects Midland Bible Church’s heart for service and outreach. It continues to be one of the church’s favorite traditions, designed to connect neighbors and celebrate community through generosity and joy.

A member of Midland Bible Church shared “I’ve been attending Country Fair since the beginning and it’s been such a blessing to watch it grow into what it is now. We love providing a fun, free, and safe space for Midland families to enjoy. Over the years we’ve been able to reach thousands, give out hundreds of bibles, share the gospel, and provide prayer for those who need it. It gives our whole church the opportunity to give back to the community as well as share the good news with our neighbors.”
