What happened: The Midland Christian Lady Mustangs swept all three games against Snyder on Tuesday, Nov. 18. JV Blue, JV Red, and varsity each earned solid wins. Varsity controlled the pace early with quarter leads of 15–7, 25–8, and 46–23. They finished the night with a strong 58–31 victory. The win pushed Midland Christian to 2-1 for the season.

Point guard Jordan Stokes and post player Jordyn Hamilton worked together throughout the game. Stokes fed the post with clean passes and created space for the offense. Hamilton stayed aggressive, finished through contact, and scored inside with confidence. Together, they produced steady looks at the rim and kept pressure on the Snyder defense. Hamilton led with 17 points, and Stokes added 14. Midland Christian also went 10-for-13 from the free-throw line in a physical matchup.

Go deeper: As the game progressed, the Lady Mustangs tightened their defense and pushed the tempo. Their inside attack continued to open shots, and their effort on the boards extended possessions. As a result, the lead grew each quarter.

The big picture: The sweep showed strong momentum across the entire program. The varsity group continued to build a balanced style based on movement, toughness, and interior scoring. Meanwhile, the JV teams added important early-season wins. Midland Christian returns home Thursday, Nov. 20, to face Lubbock Christian at 7 p.m.
