What happened:  The Lady Rebels soccer team has some fire under their belt after coming off three district wins against Odessa, San Angelo Central, and the district’s No. 1-ranked Frenship.

The Lady Rebels defeated Odessa 2-1 behind two goals from Madyx Navarez, with assists from Kenzie Yonts and Macy Tolin. Navarez also scored the lone goal in the 1-0 win over San Angelo Central. Legacy then edged Frenship 3-2 to complete their three-game run.

The big picture: The Lady Rebels are pushing for a playoff spot and currently sit fourth in the district, with a 12-8-1 overall record and 3-3-1 in district play.
