What happened: Midland Christian earned a 53–50 non-district home win over San Angelo Central on Friday, Dec. 19. The victory moved the Mustangs to 15–5 overall, while San Angelo Central fell to 14–3.

What’s next: Midland Christian will travel to Lubbock to compete in the Caprock Tournament over Christmas break. The Mustangs will open tournament play against the Abilene Eagles (9–6 overall) on Monday, Dec. 29.
