The big picture: Midland held a narrow 16–15 lead after the first quarter before Greenwood took control in the second, outscoring Midland 15–3 to build a 30–19 halftime advantage. Greenwood continued to extend the lead in the third quarter, pushing the margin to 47–33. Midland responded with a dominant fourth quarter, outscoring Greenwood 32–15 to erase a 14-point deficit and secure the 65–62 win.
